The timber components are sold by the metre. The design centres the lengths in the supporting brackets so that the overhang is equal on each side, as indicated in the installation instructions.

Product description:
This decorative fence can be used to delineate the flowerbed from the lawn, or discourage pets and passersby from tramping across grassy areas and landscaped beds. Omväg can also be used as means of directing pedestrian traffic, or mounted on top of brickwork to provide a barrier around areas such as car parks. Omväg’s robust timber construction makes it especially suitable for natural settings.
Material:
Steel and untreated pine.
Installation:
The timber lengths are centred in the brackets so that each end will have an equal overhang of 30cm from the bracket’s edge. The lengths fasten to each bracket with 2 x M6 screws. Wood plugs can be used to join individual timber lengths together as required.
Installation:
The brackets mount to the surface with M10 bolts attached at base level. Mounting the brackets below surface level can be done in cast-concrete or a in surface prepared for bolted attachment.
Maintenance:
Treat the timber components as required.
