The award-winning Kalmar planter is a contemporary take on the traditional terracotta plant pot. Kalmar has been crafted in reinforced concrete and scaled up to large proportions while retaining the elegant contours characteristic of terracotta pots. The planter is fitted with an adjustable base that enables it sit level and a water reservoir that keeps the soil moist. A detachable inner container made of reinforced plastic makes it possible to remove the plants in winter while leaving the planter in place year-round.
