Product description:
Taking the cylinder as her starting point, Landgren morphed it into a simple, sleek rubbish bin for indoor use. Although cylindrical forms are commonplace among rubbish receptacles, Landgren´s point of departure was to transform the cylinder itself into a bin. Strikt is crafted in proportions that remain true to the classical geometric shape while cleverly concealing the lid and liner inside. Free of the stylised embellishments typical of most rubbish bins, Strikt´s streamlined shapek speaks volumes about minimalist design.
Material:
The container is made in 1 mm sheet steel. The lid and base are made in 1.5 mm sheet steel powder-coated in silver RAL 9006 or grey RAL 7043. Plastic floor protectors are fitted to the base.
