Cast iron was first used for cannon-making, evolving into a modern technique for creating hard-wearing forms that are strong under almost all conditions. These cast iron bollards are durable and long-lasting, withstanding wear-and-tear better than bollards made out of most other materials. The bollards are eight-sided and can be ornamented by a round knob secured to the top. They can be linked by chains to form an effective urban barrier.

Material:
The bollard is made from cast iron with a diameter of 95 mm and painted black RAL 9005. The chain is made from cast iron HZL 10-2 and painted black, RAL 9005.

Freestanding, cast directly into a concrete base. The attachable version should be bolted to a precast concrete foundation with the bolts provided.
