Sjöstad is an example of public design at its best. The bench is designed to provide additional support along the armrests and backrest, providing those who need assistance with an independent means of sitting down and standing up. Sjöstad is made to accommodate a wide range of body shapes and different levels of mobility, and like the Access backed bench, is a groundbreaking combination of contemporary form and ergonomic design

An attractive ergonomic design made with the needs of the elderly in mind.
Material:
The front legs are made in square pipe measuring 40 mm × 40 mm. The back legs are made in square pipe measuring 40 mm × 50 mm. The sub-frame is made in square pipe measuring 30 mm × 60 mm. All steel is zinc-plated and polyester powdercoated. All screws are stainless steel. The colours available are antracite grey, Gris 900 Sablé. The wooden slats in the backrest measure 118 mm ×
42 mm, the seat slats measure 92 mm ×42 mm.
Installation:
Partly assembled. The seat and backrest should be attached to the frame with enclosed bolts.
