The Access bench is ergonomic design at its best. Creating products that accommodate a wide range of body shapes and different levels of mobility is a central concern for Nola, as we strive to make public design more accessible. The seat and back of the Access bench have added height and a slight forward incline that enables the user to rise more easily. Access is fitted with curved armrests that provide extra support, giving the user an independent means of sitting down and standing up. Access is a groundbreaking combination of contemporary form and ergonomic design.

Product description:
Ideal for use at entrances, ergonomic environments, cemeteries, hospitals, care centres, parks, schools, service flats, city squares and terraces. The bench is a favourite in facilities for the elderly.
Material:
The wooden slats are made in oiled teak, oiled oak, oiled mahogany or alkyd oil enamel on pine. The standard colour for painted pine is Stockholm green NCS 8010-G10Y. The steel frame is zinc-plated, polyester powder-coated in dark gray RAL 7016. Other colours for the frame can be ordered at an extra charge.

Maintenance:
The oiled wood shall be maintained regularly, at least twice a year. With time the teak, oak and mahogany darkens. Polyester powder-coated steel and painted pine can be improved when needed with alkyd oil enamel.
